How can I order in Wobybi?

Placing an order in Wobybi is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Choose a model of bicycle on the customize section or choose one already designed by Wobybi from our catalogue.
  2. Design and customize the chosen model with your favourite colours for each component. You can share your design on Facebook. Review your design and click “Buy”.
  3. Introduce your data, select a payment method and click ”Payment”. Your will receive an email confirming your order.
  4. Introduce your payment data and click “Confirm”. Once we have received your payment we will proceed to assemble your order.
  5. You will recieve an email confirming your payment.
How much is the delivery cost?

Delivery is free of charge to any place in Europe.

Our transport supplier is the dpdGroup.

What is the delivery period?

Delivery takes no more than 15 working days if the delivery address is mainland Europe. Remote areas may require additional delivery time. Delivery time starts to count from the moment we receive the payment.

Who will deliver my order?

DPD Group delivers our products.

Tracking. Where is my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that it is on its way. The email will include a tracking number, so that you can track the status of your order. Delivery is handled by DPD Grpoup. To track your order, click on the link on your confirmation email. If your order is not delivered within those days, please contact our helpline sending an email to info@wobybi.es

What happens if there is no one when the delivery arrives?

If there is no one when the delivery arrives and no one can pick it up, DPD will make a second attempt and will keep it for two weeks in their closest office to the delivery address. DPD will leave a notice indicating where your package is so you can pick it up whenever you can. Check where your closest office is by clicking this link: pick up offices

Is it necessary to assemble upon arrival?

Your bike is partially assembled for shipment and packed in a box. Your bike will arrive approximately 90% assembled. It’s simple, assembly may require attaching saddle, pedals, front wheel, handlebars and adjustments. We send the tools and a assemble manual to get your bike built.

How can I pay my order?

Wobybi offers three payment methods: card, bank transfer, Paypal, Sofort, GiroPay, iDeal and Trustly. You can chose any of them at the end of the purchase process. For your safe, your card information is encrypted in our system using 128-bit SSL technology. This high standard of security means shopping with a card on Wobybi is safe and secure, and ensures that your data will under no circumstances be accessible by third parties. Credit card

Payment with card guarantees a safety and securely method for shopping on Wobybi. We accept Mastercard, Visa, JCB and American Express to a maximum of 700€.

Your card will be charged at the moment you confirm your order. If you send goods back, the amount will be credited back to your card account.

Debit card / bank card

You can pay with cards of Maestro, Vida Debit, Master Card Debit, JCB or V-Pay.

PayPal

You can also pay through PayPal. If you select PayPal as payment method you will be lead to the PayPal web site. If you have a PayPal account you can log in with your data at PayPal’s web, or you can login as a guest or sing in into PayPal to confirm the payment.

When we receive the payment we will send you a confirmation email.

If you pay through PayPal, you will always receive a confirmation of your order.

If you send goods back, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. You can then choose if you want to use the funds through your PayPal account directly, or wish to transfer the amount back to your bank or credit card account. We have no control over this, but you can manage it directly using your PayPal account.

Credit card payment additional security

The clients registered with transactions of Secure e-commerce with VISA or Mastercard will be re-directed to the webpage of their own bank and will have to confirm their payment with their own PIN. After the PIN verification, you will receive the confirmation of the purchase from Wobybi immediately.

If you are not registered to make transactions with secure e-commerce you will also be redirected to your bank's webpage. You will have to register in your bank only once for any further purchases. In your bank's WebPage you will have to identify yourself with the questions established by your bank. After that they will ask you to select your PIN. The following steps are the exact same as the registered clients.

Bank transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will show you the bank details and the bank account number to make the transfer. It generally takes from 2 to 3 labour days from the day you order it to the day Wobybi receives the payment. As soon as we receive the payment we will start to process your order.

If you send goods back, the amount will be returned back to your bank account.

How can I return a product?

Even if the product is not faulty or you are not satisfied with it, you can return the product. If the product you receive is faulty, Wobybi will assume the entire cost of the return. The cost of returning a non faulty product is 60€ corresponding to shipping and administrative costs.

How do I return my order?

To return a product, please contact the Helpline of Wobybi by the email info@wobybi.es or the online chat of our site within 30 days of the order being placed. Once we have processed and approved your return, our logistic partner will contact you to arrange the picking.

How do I get my money back?

Once the return is approved, your money is automatically refunded back via the payment method you used to make the purchase: If the payment was made using a debit or credit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card. rnIf the payment was made using PayPal, the value of your return will be refunded to your PayPal account. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received into our warehouse, and you should usually receive your refund within 48 hours of receiving this email.
